Maharani Cantus
Maharani Cantus are the most talented and jaw dropping rock band to come out of inner city Sydney, Australia. Their sound is a commanding mix of bitchin' classic rock riffs, down home bluesy grooves and spine tingling epic song writing.
Maharani Cantus are the future of rock in the twenty first century and the world desperately needs an iconic guitar rock band; Guitar Hero needs some new shit. Sydney has not produced a rock band as potent and infectious as MAHARANI CANTUS since AC/DC!
Maharani Cantus consists of charismatic lead singer and front man Rocky Rollins, power twin duo Zane and Jy-Perry Banks (guitar and bass), guitar slinger Matt M, and keys master Lou K. (Hammond B3/ tenor sax). This unique combination of musos with plenty of chops to burn is definitely a force to be reckoned with!

The Domestics
Formed in late 2006, The Domestics have been creating originals since. After coming out of hiatus in January 2009, they have since graced venues all over Sydney. To date the band has played at many of Sydney's premier venues including The Annandale Hotel, The Hopetoun Hotel, Oxford Art Factory (including an appearance for the venue's 2nd birthday after a succesful Friday night June residency), The Lansdowne Hotel, and the Gaelic Club. Additionally, they played at the Manly International Food Festival and on the main stage at the Newtown Festival. By infusing Funk, Pop, Ska, Rock and Soul, and exuding a passionate, energetic, feel-good vibe, the band has wowed and excited audiences making the eclectic mix of individuals in the band all the more commited to creating unique and unorthodox music. "They have an electric passion that pervades their performance space... their music becomes a unique yet unpretentious soundscape that could see these guys connecting with a wide variety of audiences" (Music Feeds March '09). "They perform like an international act but they are The Domestics." (Dan Ilic '09) Expect some big sounds and some huge shows before the year is out. With an EP in the works it looks like there is some exciting stuff to come.

The Vandemonians
The Vandemonians is a blues band from Sydney. We fluctuate between 2 (guitars and vox) and 6 members (organ, harp, sax, drums, gtr's, bass, vox). The name is taken from a biography of Ben Hall the bushranger, in the early days of Australian Settlement a lot of convicts were taken to Van Diemen's Land and were referred to by the police as 'vandemonians'. We all have eclectic musical interests but found common ground in the blues. We play everything from turn of the century delta blues up to 70's blues influenced rock. Music from Bob Dylan, Robert Johnson, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Elmore James, The Rolling Stones, John Mayall and the Bluesbreakers, The Band, Johnny Winter etc.
